A Bit About Me
My name is Brooke O’Connor, and I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Tedoo. In 2019 I completed my Bachelor of Psychological Science with a Distinction and am currently working towards a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced).
Before working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, I worked in various roles within the disability sector. I worked as a respite and community access support worker and NDIS Support Coordinator.
My roles and progression into Behaviour Support have given me a unique insight into different aspects of people’s lives and how important it is to ensure a person-centred, tailored approach to improve a person’s quality of life.
What I love most about my role is meeting new people and supporting them through what could be a very challenging time in their life. I am a strong believer in building understanding and individual strengths, and this is something we focus on every day in Behaviour Support.
Outside of my role, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring and relaxing in the serenity of our northern nation in QLD, and reading and studying for my Diploma. -

A Bit About Me
Hi! I’m Alex, and I joined Tedoo in 2023 as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in Gladstone. I have experience working as a support worker and support coordinator within the NDIS, and I have also been fortunate to support adolescents and adults from all works of life within a recovery-oriented sub-acute mental health residential facility.
Having lived experience as someone with mental illness, being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and supporting disabled family members in everyday life and in navigating the NDIS fuels my passion in ensuring people are supported to have their wants and needs heard and met – in whatever communication mode this may be! I love my job because I am able to work in a person-centred approach and focus on improving quality of life.
Outside of work, I love working on my copious crochet projects, spending time with my cat Olive, playing Zelda on my Nintendo Switch, and just relaxing with some comfort food and a good TV show or movie (my favourites are Kath and Kim, Disney, and horror movies).

Hi! I’m Jodi, and it was a culmination of my work life with children, and my personal experiences with led me to studying psychology as an adult student and joining Tedoo as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
I have had over two decades of fulfilment and honour working as a professional sports coach working alongside not only national/international level competitive gymnasts, but also with providing and championing for those with disabilities to engage in experiences and achieve accomplishments often thought out of their reach.
I also have extensive experience working within the education arena in relation to individualised curriculums and reading programs. I am passionate about getting to understand who someone is and improving their quality life, and applying out of the box thinking if required to achieve a person-centred approach for them.
Outside of work, I love spending time in the garden (orchids are my weakness), restoring old cars, and spending time with my partner, travelling to events, working on and racing our altered dragster.
